The Waldwick Chamber of Commerce awarded four $1,000 scholarships to Waldwick High School graduating seniors during Senior Awards and Scholarship Night. The Waldwick Chamber of Commerce hosted its 18th Annual 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk, celebrating the nation’s 250th birthday with over 700 participants. The event raised $3,300 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to combat pediatric cancer, showcasing strong community spirit and involvement. Highlights can be viewed in the linked video.

On April 7, American Legion Post 57 interviewed candidates for American Legion Boys State New Jersey, a civic leadership program for high school students. Seven juniors from local high schools participated. Post members will sponsor the selected students, including John Grisoni, Kevin O’Hara, Chris Latham, and Stan Kowalski.
